Brad Moore is one of the lead characters in this International cast line-up, from  hot young British Director Mo Ali.  This stylish urban noir action movie, "Montana" has Brad playing the role of DC Stephen Phelps.  Phelps is a tough, cynical, chain-smoking, coke snorting detective on a dangerous patch in east london run by the Serbian gangsters.  Phelps loyalties lie on the wrong side of the law.This is Brad's third major role in studio feature films in the last 12 months.
